This is the continuation of Taking Care of Reno (Remastered), and begins right were its predecessor left off. It will follow the events that occur during the original Final Fantasy VII, as told from the perspective of the Turks.
Interludes is a companion piece to Taking Care of Reno (Remastered); a collection of random scenes that are referenced at various points in the series, usually as off-hand backstory information.
It began with an unexpected sick day… and turned into an adventure in friendship and family. Exploring the relationship between the Turks, with emphasis on Reno and Elena. This is a heavily updated version of the original Taking Care of Reno series.
This is my take on what Reno would be like if the Turks had to undergo regular psych evaluations. He’s always struck me as the type that has a lot on his mind but doesn’t like to share. And I figure the evaluation itself wouldn’t matter, since, after all, they’re the Turks. Who’s gonna fire them for being a little unbalanced?
Reno goes to visit his family, and we learn why he does what he does. Who knew Reno had a little sister? Not exactly in line with my usual portrayal of Reno’s backstory.
What was Reno’s life like before the Turks found him? Where did he grow up? And how did he become a Turk, anyway? Kinda dark… Minor content warning on this one.
